How much does is cost to ship a package?
The shipping cost for any package is dependent on the: size, weight, location, and any other extra cost such as insurance or signature required. If you would like a rough estimate, please send us a quote request and have the weight, size and zip information!
Do you take QR code returns?
NO! Unfortunately the only place that accepts Amazon QR code returns right now is at official UPS Stores nearest to us would be Cloverdale or Lakeport.
What should I do if I have a QR code?
Call whoever you are returning to (ex. Amazon) and request a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. Kindly explain to the customer service agent that you live in an area that does NOT accept QR code returns and that you need a prepaid shipping label.
I have a return shipping label, but I do not have a printer. How can I return my item(s)?
Email the return shipping label before your arrival to our email address at:
Under "Subject" you can say, "Please print."
Or email it using our Wi-Fi in the store.
Do you accept all prepaid shipping labels?
At Coast Pack and Ship we can accept prepaid labels for FEDEX and UPS ONLY. NO United States Postal Service packages. Please double check your label and make sure it does not say USPS Tracking otherwise there is a $1 fee per USPS prepaid drop-off.
What if I lost my receipt?
If the package was shipped through us, we are able to reprint your receipt at any time!
If it was a prepaid package and you did not pay for shipping with us, then we are unable to regenerate a receipt for you because the information does not get stored. To avoid issues with drop off returns please take a picture of your label and receipt for any drop offs OR ask to have us email you a receipt.
I have to send something that someone forgot at my Airbnb.
We work closely with local businesses to send back forgotten items all the time. Just drop off the item(s) and the best contact information for the intended recipient and we will do the rest*.
*Coast Pack and Ship will hold most items no longer than 60 days before deeming them as abandoned property. Please ensure that we have the best contact information for you and your intended recipient.
